Kiefer is a pianist and producer signed to Stones Throw. He's also a frequent collaborator with Mndsgn's live trio, and has lent production talents to the likes of Anderson. Alongside the announcement of new music Between Days arriving in spring 2021, Kiefer releases a fresh single, 'Superhero'. The new single is a breezy hip hop instrumental, featuring free and jazzy piano, immersive synth and gorgeously woody bass tones. Kiefer explains, “This came from an idea I recorded in 2018, but fleshed out in 2020. This song makes me feel like a fuckin’ superhero.
